Information we collect
When you apply for an AI Cadmey volunteer role, we collect the information you provide, including your name, contact details, location, experience, application answers, work samples, availability, and interview selection.
How we use information
We use application information only to run the recruitment campaign, review candidates, communicate application updates, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment records.
Google Calendar access
When an applicant books an interview, AI Cadmey uses its connected Google Calendar account to create the event, generate a Google Meet link, and invite the applicant. We do not read or share unrelated calendar information.
Storage and sharing
Application records are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised AI Cadmey administrators. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the portal, deliver email, and schedule interviews, or where required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting aicadmey@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, security, or recruitment administration purposes.
