AI Cadmey exists to help curious people become researchers. That work depends on trust — so here is a plain-English account of what we collect, why we collect it, and the care we take with the ideas, questions, and research you share with us.
AI Cadmey is a research-focused education and exploration organization. Through the Research Track — built around AI Core, the Six Pillars, research challenges, research artifacts, and community learning — we help curious individuals grow into confident researchers.
Along the way you may explore big questions: artificial intelligence, consciousness, evolution, space, future civilizations, and the nature of reality itself. You may submit original ideas, questions, projects, simulations, videos, and written work. None of that is possible without trust.
This policy explains, simply and honestly, what information we collect and how we treat it. We believe privacy is not the fine print at the bottom of a page — it is part of how a research community earns the right to learn together. We aim to be transparent by default and to collect only what genuinely helps your learning.
We collect only what we need to run the Research Track well. That falls into a few clear groups:
We don't collect sensitive personal data we have no reason to hold. If a feature ever needs more, we'll explain why before asking.
Your information helps us do the things that make the program work:
AI Cadmey does not sell your personal information. Not now, not later. Your data is used to teach and support you — never sold to advertisers or data brokers.
This part matters deeply to us, because original thinking is the heart of AI Cadmey.
You keep ownership of your original work. The ideas, questions, projects, and artifacts you create are yours.
By submitting work through the platform, you grant AI Cadmey permission to:
We will not claim ownership of your independent intellectual property simply because you submitted it through our platform. Submitting an idea to AI Cadmey does not transfer it to AI Cadmey.
For collaborative projects — work created jointly with mentors, peers, or AI Cadmey — ownership may depend on the specific project agreement. When that's the case, we'll make the terms clear up front rather than leave them buried here.
If you take part in the scholarship program, your submission may include:
These are used only to evaluate your scholarship and to improve the program. They are not used for advertising, and they are reviewed by people involved in the scholarship process — not shared freely.
Research is more fun when great thinking is celebrated. Some students may receive recognition such as:
Recognition is always voluntary. If you'd prefer to keep your work private, that's completely fine — and if you've been featured and change your mind, you can ask us to remove you from promotional features at any time (see Section 12).
Payments for the Research Track may be verified through:
We do not store full card information. When you upload a payment proof, we use it only to verify your payment and to keep an accurate record (so your receipts and installment history stay correct). Payment details are handled as part of our normal finance process, not shared for any other purpose.
As a student, you may access:

AI Cadmey does not sell personal information. We share data only when it's genuinely necessary to run the service, and only with parties who help us operate it:
These partners are expected to handle your data responsibly and use it only for the purpose we share it for.
We keep certain records for as long as they serve a real purpose — operational, educational, archival, or compliance. This may include:
Keeping these allows us to verify achievements, reissue certificates, maintain your research history, and meet our record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we aim to remove or anonymize it.
We take reasonable, sensible measures to protect what you trust us with:
We use access controls, secure infrastructure, and careful internal practices. That said, no system can promise absolute security — so we ask you to protect your account too, keep your password private, and tell us if something looks wrong.
You're in control of your information. You can ask us to:
To make any of these requests, just email aicadmey@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity first to keep your account safe. Some records (like payment or compliance records) may need to be retained even after a deletion request — we'll let you know if that applies.
The Research Track is intended for learners who can legally take part on their own, or who have parental or guardian permission where that's required. If you're a younger learner, please join with a parent or guardian's involvement. Parents and guardians can contact us anytime with questions about a child's information.
Curiosity has no borders, and our students join from many countries. Because we rely on trusted service and hosting providers, your information may be processed in different jurisdictions depending on where those providers operate. Wherever it's handled, we apply the same commitment to care described in this policy.
As AI Cadmey grows, this policy may be updated. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know in a clear way. We encourage you to revisit this page from time to time so you always know where you stand.
Questions, requests, or just want to understand something better? We're happy to hear from you.
