Privacy

Your curiosity is yours. So is your data.

AI Cadmey exists to help curious people become researchers. That work depends on trust — so here is a plain-English account of what we collect, why we collect it, and the care we take with the ideas, questions, and research you share with us.

Section 1

Introduction

AI Cadmey is a research-focused education and exploration organization. Through the Research Track — built around AI Core, the Six Pillars, research challenges, research artifacts, and community learning — we help curious individuals grow into confident researchers.

Along the way you may explore big questions: artificial intelligence, consciousness, evolution, space, future civilizations, and the nature of reality itself. You may submit original ideas, questions, projects, simulations, videos, and written work. None of that is possible without trust.

This policy explains, simply and honestly, what information we collect and how we treat it. We believe privacy is not the fine print at the bottom of a page — it is part of how a research community earns the right to learn together. We aim to be transparent by default and to collect only what genuinely helps your learning.

Section 2

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the Research Track well. That falls into a few clear groups:

Account information
  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Country
  • Profile information you choose to add
Enrollment information
  • Courses you select
  • Pillars you choose
  • Scholarship participation
Payment information
  • Payment references
  • Uploaded payment proofs
  • Payment status
Research activity
  • Research & scholarship submissions
  • Curiosity Hunt responses
  • Research Journey responses
  • Project artifacts, videos, and forms
Technical information
  • Device information
  • Browser information
  • IP address
  • Basic usage analytics that help us improve the platform

We don't collect sensitive personal data we have no reason to hold. If a feature ever needs more, we'll explain why before asking.

Section 3

How We Use Information

Your information helps us do the things that make the program work:

  • Enrollment management — setting up and running your track.
  • Scholarship evaluation — reviewing submissions fairly.
  • Payment verification — confirming payments and issuing receipts.
  • Student support — answering questions and helping you progress.
  • Community management — running challenges and shared learning.
  • Research challenge participation — organizing and reviewing your work.
  • Platform improvement — understanding what helps learners and what doesn't.
  • Security — protecting accounts, payments, and submissions.

AI Cadmey does not sell your personal information. Not now, not later. Your data is used to teach and support you — never sold to advertisers or data brokers.

Section 4

Cookies & Tracking

Like most websites, AI Cadmey uses a small number of cookies — tiny files your browser stores — to make the platform work and to understand how it's used. We keep this deliberately light.

Essential cookies
  • Keep you signed in to your account
  • Protect against fraud and keep sessions secure
  • Remember basic preferences so the site behaves as expected
Analytics cookies
  • Help us see which pages and features are useful
  • Show us where learners get stuck, so we can improve
  • Used in aggregate — not to build a profile of you

We do not use cookies to sell your data or to run third-party advertising networks. Essential cookies are needed for the platform to function; analytics cookies simply help us make the Research Track better.

You can clear or block cookies anytime through your browser settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies may sign you out or stop parts of the platform (like enrollment and payments) from working properly.

Section 5

Research Ideas & Intellectual Contributions

This part matters deeply to us, because original thinking is the heart of AI Cadmey.

You keep ownership of your original work. The ideas, questions, projects, and artifacts you create are yours.

By submitting work through the platform, you grant AI Cadmey permission to:

  • Review and evaluate your work (for example, during scholarship or challenge review),
  • Archive it as part of your research record, and
  • Showcase it for educational and community purposes — with care, and with the recognition options described in Section 6.

We will not claim ownership of your independent intellectual property simply because you submitted it through our platform. Submitting an idea to AI Cadmey does not transfer it to AI Cadmey.

For collaborative projects — work created jointly with mentors, peers, or AI Cadmey — ownership may depend on the specific project agreement. When that's the case, we'll make the terms clear up front rather than leave them buried here.

Section 6

Scholarship Program Data

If you take part in the scholarship program, your submission may include:

  • Written responses
  • Curiosity Hunt entries
  • AI Collaboration explanations
  • A short video submission

These are used only to evaluate your scholarship and to improve the program. They are not used for advertising, and they are reviewed by people involved in the scholarship process — not shared freely.

Section 7

Community & Public Recognition

Research is more fun when great thinking is celebrated. Some students may receive recognition such as:

  • Social media features
  • Best Research Mind awards
  • Community spotlights
  • Public recognition of strong work

Recognition is always voluntary. If you'd prefer to keep your work private, that's completely fine — and if you've been featured and change your mind, you can ask us to remove you from promotional features at any time (see Section 12).

Section 8

Payment Information

Payments for the Research Track may be verified through:

  • Bank transfer
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa
  • Other approved methods

We do not store full card information. When you upload a payment proof, we use it only to verify your payment and to keep an accurate record (so your receipts and installment history stay correct). Payment details are handled as part of our normal finance process, not shared for any other purpose.

Section 9

Resource Library & Educational Content

As a student, you may access:

  • The Resource Library
  • Research materials
  • Templates
  • Learning content

This content remains the property of AI Cadmey or its licensors unless stated otherwise. It's provided to support your learning — please use it for your own research and study rather than redistributing it.

Section 10

Data Sharing

AI Cadmey does not sell personal information. We share data only when it's genuinely necessary to run the service, and only with parties who help us operate it:

  • Service providers who support our operations,
  • Hosting providers that store the platform's data securely,
  • Authentication providers that keep sign-in safe,
  • Payment verification processes, and
  • Legal authorities, only when we're required to by law.

These partners are expected to handle your data responsibly and use it only for the purpose we share it for.

Section 11

Data Retention

We keep certain records for as long as they serve a real purpose — operational, educational, archival, or compliance. This may include:

  • Enrollment records
  • Certificates
  • Scholarship records
  • Research submissions
  • Payment records

Keeping these allows us to verify achievements, reissue certificates, maintain your research history, and meet our record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we aim to remove or anonymize it.

Section 12

Security

We take reasonable, sensible measures to protect what you trust us with:

  • Student accounts
  • Payment records
  • Scholarship data
  • Research submissions

We use access controls, secure infrastructure, and careful internal practices. That said, no system can promise absolute security — so we ask you to protect your account too, keep your password private, and tell us if something looks wrong.

Section 13

Your Rights

You're in control of your information. You can ask us to:

  • Access the data we hold about you,
  • Correct anything that's inaccurate,
  • Delete your data where that's possible,
  • Withdraw marketing consent or opt out of public recognition.

To make any of these requests, just email aicadmey@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity first to keep your account safe. Some records (like payment or compliance records) may need to be retained even after a deletion request — we'll let you know if that applies.

Section 14

Children's Privacy

The Research Track is intended for learners who can legally take part on their own, or who have parental or guardian permission where that's required. If you're a younger learner, please join with a parent or guardian's involvement. Parents and guardians can contact us anytime with questions about a child's information.

Section 15

International Users

Curiosity has no borders, and our students join from many countries. Because we rely on trusted service and hosting providers, your information may be processed in different jurisdictions depending on where those providers operate. Wherever it's handled, we apply the same commitment to care described in this policy.

Section 16

Changes to This Policy

As AI Cadmey grows, this policy may be updated. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know in a clear way. We encourage you to revisit this page from time to time so you always know where you stand.
